CoreVisionDev started with a problem we kept watching founders run into.

They would hire an agency or a freelancer, get a product built, and then find themselves stranded. The team that built the thing was gone. Nobody could explain how it worked. The next feature meant starting a relationship over from scratch, re-explaining the entire product to someone new. The build was finished, but the product had no one behind it.

That handoff-and-disappear model is the default in this industry, and we thought it was backwards. Software is not a thing you finish. It is a thing you maintain, extend, and improve for as long as the product exists. A team that leaves the moment the first version ships was never solving the real problem.

So we built the opposite. A dedicated team that embeds in your product and stays. Same people, sprint after sprint, accountable for the application long after launch.

The second thing we noticed was language.

Most development agencies build for one market and treat everything else as an afterthought. A product gets built in English, and if it needs to work in Arabic, the "solution" is running the text through a translation layer and hoping the layout survives. It does not. Right-to-left interfaces are not English interfaces with the text reversed. They are a different architecture, and building them properly requires people who actually work in the language, not just a translation API.

Both of us are multilingual. We work natively across English, Arabic, French, and German. That is not a service line we added to look broader. It is how we are wired, and it shaped who we built the agency to serve: companies expanding into markets that most agencies quietly ignore because doing it right is harder than doing it in one language.

When we build an Arabic-language product, the RTL architecture is correct because someone who reads Arabic built it. That is a different thing from what most agencies deliver.

The third reason is access.

A senior development team, a project manager who owns communication, a team lead who owns architecture, and senior developers who build, is exactly what an early-stage company needs and almost never what it can afford to hire in-house. Building that team internally means months of recruitment and salary commitments most startups cannot make before they have proven the product.
